When and where do we meet?
We meet every
Wednesdays from 6 pm to 10 pm and Fridays 1 pm to 5 pm. Room location will be posted through our announcements. Check here in our updates or on our Facebook Group Page.
What does the club watch?
We watch from 5-7 different anime series per semester. In between series, we always give a 5 minute break for everyone to interact with each other. There's always an announcement, which last from 30-60 minutes, depending which of the two days weekly we give the 60 minute announcement. Usually the announcements starts during the second hour of the meeting (7 pm during Wednesdays or 2 pm on Fridays.).
What anime series do we exactly watch?
We watch anime series of all types; from shounen to even live-action adaptations of the anime. Usually it's from 10-26 episode series, depending how our showing schedule looks like. We also show anime that is 50+, but we cut them up based on what arc we are focusing on (We provide with a quick presentation of what has happened before in the show in case we start off a few arcs from the first one.)

Who is in AnK?
As to how big of nerds we are... I think the membership runs the gamut. We usually have otaku, gamers, TAMSters, tabletop RPG players, J-pop/J-rock fanatics, casual fans, Japanese language students who don't like anime but who use it for listening practice, and normal people you would never expect to find at an anime club. So it's pretty much every nerd that appreciates the Japanese culture.
How do I become a member?
Meetings are open to everyone (We mean for both students and non-students of UH). Membership is $10 per semester. Paid membership lets you in for the End of Semester party, automatic entry in the auction at the EoS party , vote for officers during the election in the spring, free or reduced entry into special events, and many other events.

Do I have to be a member to just watch anime?
You don't have to be a member just to watch. We're not a clique-ish bunch, so if you're interested, feel free to come by, watch some free anime, and if it's not your thing, no one will make you stay.

It says below the name Mu Epsilon Kappa. Is the club a Fraternity/Sorority?
We are the Alpha Nu chapter of Mu Epsilon Kappa, which means we are a co-ed sorority! Although we are not officially in the frat/srat roster in UH, we do still provide cords for our members that are graduating.

Who is Andy and Anny?
They are our lovely twin mascots of our organization. They also have a mom named Shasta. Though we don't have a dad, which we need to change that!
