Diana Melendez - President
As a double major of Political Science and Entrepreneurship, I usually have a lot on my plate, but I still manage my time to do nerdy things like cosplaying, collecting books/figurines/manga/anime/vinyls, volunteering at anime conventions, and play with my lovely cat. Having experience on leading people and assigning their jobs where I work at, this gives me a huge advantage of being President of Anime no Kai. I live close to campus, so you can contact me through Facebook for anything related: club, anime, anything you can think of. I’ll even help you adopt a cat, if that’s the case. In the name of anime, I will go for another episode.

Josh Hardaway - Secretary
As a freshman at UH being the Secretary for Anime no Kai is awesome. I am still working on what I want to be, but I am really interested in Astronomy. I may be new to the club and the school but you can find me at club meetings or at one of our hangouts. I will do my best to help if you need it. I hope to see you at our meetings.
Christopher Bible - Librarian
I am the librarian for Anime no Kai, which means it is my very unfortunate job to have to sit in on every meeting and watch hours of anime. Terrifying, really. I also keep records of what the club has watched in the past and maintain the meeting schedule. I’m a graduate of UH and have been helping Anime no Kai as treasurer going on 5 years. They just can pry me out of the seat. My degree is in Computer Science and Game Design, and while I don’t have any AAA titles under my belt, I’m great for quick and solid patchwork programs. When I’m not doing stuff for AnK, I’m usually either gaming, reading manga and webcomics, or watching way, way too much anime. In fact I’m always worried I may run out some day, so I’m always open to suggestions or giving some.
Alexander Bering - Historian
I am a UH Alumnus and I have been a member of Anime No Kai for 7 years. For 3 of those 7 years, I have been Historian for the club, which is the position I have now been elected in again. I archive the moments and events that take place in the club usually through pictures and put them online for people to see and enjoy. I like a lot of different types of anime, but my favorites are shounen and mystery anime. If you have questions about what ANK and UH were like up to 7 years ago, I’ll do my best to remember and help you with that info. See you in the meeting!
Brandon Dozier - Sergant in Arms

Alicia Whitmire - Advisor
Alicia loves to crochet as a hobby. She has several animals that she has made herself and actually has her own shop, where she takes commissions. Alicia also works at the University of Houston in the Student Housing & Residential Life department.
